Job summary

Bilt Rewards in New York is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer - Enterprise to shape and design complex partnerships before they are sold, collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, and Product.

You will translate business needs into concrete architecture and API designs, lead discovery calls, and produce technical proposals. This is a design-and-influence role, with occasional travel and equity participation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or related roles.
• Ability to design technical solutions that go beyond off-the-shelf products.
• Strong API, authentication, data flows, and system architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to design sellable enterprise solutions.
• Translate partner needs into concrete architecture and API/integration design.
• Lead technical discovery calls and create architecture diagrams and API contracts.
• Produce technical proposals and scoping documents used in deals.
• Hand off designs to engineering and stay engaged as design authority.
• Identify when a new product or feature is needed and work with Product to scope it.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and templates for scalable growth.
• Represent feasibility and design perspective in deal reviews.
