Job summary

Bilt is hiring its first Solutions Engineer to sit at the center of its Alliance and Enterprise Sales team in Dallas. You will own the technical story pre-sale and then stay with the partner through implementation, gathering API details, configuring integrations, and launching live deployments, often on-site with partners in Dallas.

This role combines pre-sales discovery and demos with hands-on onboarding, and requires up to 100% travel to partner sites as the Solutions Engineering function is

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture in a technical B2B SaaS environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with API integrations and SFTP configurations.
• Track record of owning implementation and onboarding post-sale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner to Account Executives on enterprise deals with large national property management companies.
• Lead technical discovery, mapping client systems to Bilt's API surface.
• Deliver tailored demos and designs translating Bilt's platform to each partner's operating model.
• Own post-sale implementation end-to-end: gather API credentials, configure integrations, drive live deployments.
