Job summary

Bilt is hiring its first Solutions Engineer to sit at the center of its Alliance and Enterprise Sales team in Dallas. You will own the technical story pre-sale and then stay with the partner through implementation, gathering API details, configuring integrations, and launching live deployments, often on-site with partners in Dallas.

This role combines pre-sales discovery and demos with hands-on onboarding, and requires up to 100% travel to partner sites as the Solutions Engineering function is

Qualifications

5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture in a technical B2B SaaS environment.
Extensive hands-on experience with API integrations and SFTP configurations.
Track record of owning implementation and onboarding post-sale.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical partner to Account Executives on enterprise deals with large national property management companies.
Lead technical discovery, mapping client systems to Bilt's API surface.
Deliver tailored demos and designs translating Bilt's platform to each partner's operating model.
Own post-sale implementation end-to-end: gather API credentials, configure integrations, drive live deployments.
