Job summary

Notion is hiring an Outcomes Architects Manager to lead a new function within the GTM team. You will drive adoption, retention and value delivery for enterprise customers, partnering with solutions consultants and engineers to onboard customers and refine journeys.

You’ll build KPI/OKR systems and recruit/train a high-performing team. You will oversee strategy and execution for your segment, and help expand revenue while aligning feedback with product development.

Qualifications

5+ years of people management experience in CS, sales, SE, or account management.
Experience with large and strategic customers (Fortune 500).
Proven ability to work with technical stakeholders and drive AI adoption.
Ability to convey complex information to executives clearly and concisely.
Strong leadership with empowerment, collaboration and inspiration for direct reports.
High ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the Outcomes Architect team and define/iterate expand motions.
Drive adoption, retention, and customer value in the Enterprise segment.
Own KPI/OKR system to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with solutions consulting and forward deployed engineers for onboarding.
Bridge customers and internal teams to feed product feedback and drive improvements.
Develop and implement AI workflow adoption with customers.
