Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise GIS. You will design and implement GIS solutions for utility projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, resilient GIS deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams, guiding integration with ERP/OT/OT systems, and contributing to proposal development. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, engineering, geography, geoinformatics).
• 5+ years in enterprise GIS design/architecture.
• Experience installing and maintaining Esri environments.
• Cloud-based and cloud-native architecture experience.
• Experience with GIS software design and integration with EAM/SAP/Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise GIS solutions.
• Integrate GIS with other enterprise systems (SAP, Maximo, OT systems).
• Deploy and administer Esri stack components (Portal, Web Adaptor, Datastore, Hosting Server).
• Develop performance tests and capacity plans for GIS systems.
• Engage with clients, present solutions, and support sales proposals.
