Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in GIS design/architecture, Esri stack proficiency, and experience with cloud architectures. Travel up to 25% and client-facing collaboration are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise GIS design/architecture.
• Experience with Esri environments.
• Cloud-based/cloud-native architecture experience.
• Experience designing GIS software.
• Experience in utilities/asset-based solutions.
• Ability to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream teams.
• Experience delivering full solution delivery lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of enterprise GIS solutions.
• Integrate GIS with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP/Maximo, OT).
• Deploy Esri stack components (Portal, Datastore, Hosting Server).
• Drive performance testing and capacity planning.
• Serve as technical liaison with client IT/business leads.
• Support proposal development with technical solutions.
