Job summary

Salesforce seeks a self-directed Lead Software Engineer within the DET IT Finance Engineering team to shape Workday Financials and MuleSoft integration architecture, while introducing AI-driven tools into the engineering lifecycle.

You will drive end-to-end integration, mentor engineers, and implement cloud-native patterns on AWS/GCP to modernize enterprise finance platforms across Salesforce.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
Expert in Workday Financials / Accounting Center and integration-heavy environments.
Strong architecture and design leadership for large-scale systems.
Hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for secure API-led integrations.
Experience with cloud platforms and AI developer productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for Workday Financials and integration platforms.
Architect and deliver secure, scalable Workday-MuleSoft integrations.
Lead adoption of AI tooling and automate engineering workflows.
Design and operate cloud-native integration infra on AWS/GCP.
Mentor engineers through architecture reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
