Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer within the DET IT Finance Engineering team to set the technical direction for Workday Finance and MuleSoft integrations, champion AI adoption, and apply cloud-native thinking across AWS/GCP.

You will define end-to-end architecture, lead API-led integrations, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions that power Salesforce globally.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in enterprise software engineering with 5+ years in Workday Financials / Accounting Center.
• Proven leadership in architecture and solution design for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Workday technical frameworks and MuleSoft API-led integrations.
• Familiarity with AI developer productivity tools and modern cloud-native patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Workday Financials and enterprise integration platforms.
• Architect and deliver secure, scalable Workday-MuleSoft integrations across multiple platforms.
• Lead adoption of AI developer tools and embed AI practices into the engineering workflow.
• Design and operate cloud-native integration infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP with serverless and microservices.
• Mentor engineers through architecture and code reviews and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions.
