Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL.
• Experience building Single Page Applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture direction for your pod.
• Write high quality, production-ready code and review PRs.
• Collaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor engineers within the pod and drive best practices.
• Champion agentic development and maintainability across the lifecycle.
