Job summary

Worky is seeking a Team Lead to provide technical and delivery leadership for a small group of engineers building TuGo’s web, mobile, and back-end systems. You will mentor, set technical standards, coordinate cross‑team work, and partner with the Senior Manager on planning and growth.

You’ll drive architecture decisions, contribute code, champion AI tooling, ensure reliability, and align engineering work with business outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software development delivering production systems.
Strong hands-on experience across backend, frontend, and mobile technologies (Java, Spring Boot, React, Flutter).
Experience using AI coding assistants and evaluating AI-generated code for security and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, release, and support of features across TuGo’s web, mobile, and back-end platforms.
Coordinate sprint execution, break down work, remove blockers, and ensure delivery commitments.
Guide technical decisions including architecture, patterns, and code quality.
Contribute to development through coding, reviews, testing and automation.
Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and technical one-on-ones.
Support onboarding and help new team members become productive in TuGo’s AI-augmented development environment.
