Job summary

Linxon Americas is seeking a Lead Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, hybrid work model. You will lead engineering across diverse projects including AIS, GIS, BESS, and wind developments, coordinating in-house and outsourced work from proposal to energization.

You will manage budgets, ensure schedule discipline, and drive safe, cost-efficient designs while guiding the project team and customer engagements through technical approvals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering or project management experience in EPC.
• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong ownership of engineering budgets and decisions.
• Commitment to contract, quality, and safety.
• Collaborative mindset and technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own all engineering execution from proposal through energization.
• Command the engineering budget and drive cost efficiency.
• Enforce schedule discipline and deliver high-quality packages.
