Job summary

Linxon in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to ensure excellence across EPC energy projects, including substations and energy storage systems. You will develop quality plans, lead inspections, and drive non-conformance resolution while aligning with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will manage ITPs, PQPs, and documentation, deliver clear quality reports, and mentor teams to uphold the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in quality assurance and control within construction, engineering, or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality plans.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Manage non-conformances through to resolution with corrective actions.
• Guide project teams on PQPs, ITPs, and supporting documentation.
• Lead root-cause analyses to identify and fix quality issues.
• Deliver timely quality reports and provide risk insights to stakeholders.
