• 8+ years of engineering or project management experience in EPC environments.
• Strong technical judgment and collaborative mindset.
• Ownership of engineering budgets and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own all engineering execution from proposal through energization, including in-house and outsourced work.
• Drive cost-efficient decisions by managing the engineering budget.
• Enforce schedule discipline to deliver complete, high-quality packages on time and within cost targets.
• Define design criteria and deliverables plans with a risk-aware approach.
• Inject innovative, cost-smart engineering solutions to enhance performance and reduce complexity.
• Lead customer technical engagements and secure design approvals with speed and authority.
