Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Engineer, Engine Systems to provide on-site support for gas turbine engine assembly and test operations at our Centennial, Colorado facility. The role focuses on robust process control, traceability, and proactive problem solving to deliver high-quality engines that meet program requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in engineering (or 6+ with a Master’s, or 3+ with a PhD) in gas turbine or aerospace environments, with strong leadership,

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• 8+ years in related engineering roles, or 6+ with Master’s, or 3+ with PhD.
• Experience in gas turbine, aerospace, or complex mechanical assembly environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee gas turbine engine and component assembly operations to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and standards.
• Champion process rigor and implement best practices for assembly process control and documentation.
• Establish and maintain process traceability; document, verify, and audit assembly steps.
• Lead root cause investigations for assembly nonconformances and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, delivery, and cost in assembly and test operations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to manufacturing engineering teams, technicians, and specialists.
