Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Test Operator to support assembly and testing of small turbine engines. You will apply instrumentation, install engines into a test cell, and support test sequences in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, supply chain, EHS and other functions to deliver high-quality products while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and adherence to Standard Work Instructions; lean manufacturing.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, connect, and execute a programmed series of test steps per instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools, pneumatic equipment per guidelines.
• Read blueprints/schematics to guide install/uninstall actions.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on prescribed equipment.
