Beehive Industries in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a senior engineering leader to oversee gas turbine engine assembly operations and ensure compliance with engineering requirements and regulatory standards.

You will drive process rigor, document control, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement across assembly and test operations, mentoring teams and interfacing with suppliers and inspectors. Candidate must have US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 8 years of related engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in gas turbine, aerospace, or complex mechanical assembly operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee gas turbine engine and component assembly operations.
• Establish and maintain process traceability and documentation.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Mentor manufacturing engineering teams and interface with suppliers and inspectors.
