Job summary

Energy Exemplar is seeking a confident Lead Energy Market Analyst to join our global Support Division. You will interface with diverse clients, mentor a team of analysts, and deepen customer experience with our SaaS/Cloud platforms.

You will work with Cloud Developers and GUI/Engine teams, provide training, and contribute to documentation and market intelligence. A strong background in power markets and analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in power markets or related fields.
• Experience leading a team of analysts (2+ years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to synthesize findings for decision makers.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Experience with SaaS products and cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

• Learn our software to an advanced level and provide expert support.
• Lead a team of Energy Market Analysts and mentor staff.
• Interface with diverse clients to enhance software user experience.
• Collaborate with Cloud/Engine teams to document requests.
• Develop training materials and deliver onsite or web trainings.
• Create tools and examples for clients to better use the software.
• Maintain user documentation and help platforms.
• Stay updated on power market trends and client needs.
