Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree: Electrical Engineering (Mandate).

Responsibilities

• Learn our software to an advanced level.
• Provide technical support to customers and track cases from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Cloud and engine/GUI developers to document issues and requests.
• Provide onsite and web-based trainings to existing and potential clients.
• Maintain training materials and user documentation.
• Create tools and examples to help clients use our software effectively.
• Stay updated on power market knowledge, trends, and developments.
