Jobgether is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Lead to oversee the delivery, configuration, provisioning, and ongoing support of endpoint equipment for internal users and clients. You will coordinate imaging, packaging, OS updates, and security patches, while establishing hardware standards and managing vendor relationships.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and documentation skills, with extensive experience in VDI, AD, M365, and Windows environments.

Formación

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent with 6+ years in endpoint management.
• Experience provisioning, imaging, and OS updates in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of VDI, AD, M365, Windows OS, and Windows Server.
• Ability to manage deployments, patching, and lifecycle of endpoint devices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead endpoint management operations for internal users and external clients.
• Coordinate device imaging, software packaging, and OS updates.
• Establish hardware standards and negotiate purchasing.
• Monitor patching, lifecycle status, and security compliance.
• Oversee incidents, RCA, and remediation with technical teams.
• Drive endpoint-related projects, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on endpoint performance and lifecycle.
