Job summary

VB Spine is seeking a hands-on Lead End User Services Engineer to manage and secure the global endpoint environment. You will deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize devices, apps, and collaboration tools across Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android, while leading a team of EUS professionals.

You will work with Intune, SCCM, Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, and Autopilot, develop PowerShell scripts, and coordinate patch management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on endpoint engineering or EUC responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint and BitLocker.
• Experience with patch management and application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, deploy, and manage the endpoint environment for the global user base.
• Provide Tier 3 end-user support with advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Lead patch management using SCCM, Intune, Windows Update, Autopatch, Update Rings, PatchMyPC.
• Support endpoint security and collaboration tools, including Teams devices and A/V hardware.
• Mentor EUS team members and drive process improvements.
