Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management professional to oversee the timely delivery of standardized equipment and end-user support. The role requires strong hardware knowledge, VDI experience, and leadership across global deployments.

Responsibilities include managing endpoint provisioning, OS updates, patches, and vendor relationships while driving KPI reporting and process improvements. Remote-working options may be available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent.
• 6+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate role or external equivalent.
• 6 years of Endpoint Management experience.
• CompTIA Network+ and A+ certifications are a plus; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of advanced computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and end-user facing network configurations.
• Extensive experience with VDI, Active Directory, O365, Windows OS and File shares.
• Familiar with Windows server OS 2012 and above.
• Proficient in basic network and security fundamentals.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with rapport-building, listening and questioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability of applications for end users.
• Builds relationship with key user and operation groups to identify issues.
• Resolves information services problems by analyzing issues and reallocating resources.
• Market to and train the user community on new products, services, features, and processes.
• Maintains high level of customer satisfaction with reliability and functionality of our supported computers.
• Plan and execute global deployments, including security patching, OS updates, software deployment.
• Provide lead on technical projects including budget and vendor management.
• Forecast systems needs for endpoint management operations.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to patching and lifecycle management.
• Escalate issues to upper management and participate in remediation planning.
