Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management professional to oversee global hardware deployment, imaging, and patch management for internal and client environments. You will collaborate with user groups, manage vendor relationships, and drive ITIL-aligned processes to ensure uptime and security.

The role requires 6+ years in endpoint management, strong AD/O365/Windows expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years in Endpoint Management or related field.
• CompTIA Network+ and A+ certifications are a plus; Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global deployments of endpoint hardware and software, including imaging and patching.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget for endpoint initiatives.
• Provide KPI reporting and incident management for endpoint services.
• Train and mentor user communities on new products and processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, and documentation.
