Job summary

SitusAMC seeks a seasoned Endpoint Management lead to oversee end-user hardware and software delivery across global deployments. You will manage imaging, policies, and packaging, coordinate with user groups, and ensure service levels while controlling budgets and vendor relations.

The role requires deep knowledge of VDI, AD, O365, Windows OS, and security patching, with strong communication and project management skills. A strong team player with global perspective is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years in Endpoint Management or related field.
• experience with VDI, Active Directory, O365, Windows OS and File shares.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of endpoint management services and deployments.
• Build relationships with user groups and coordinate across departments.
• Manage provisioning, imaging, policies, and software packaging for endpoints.
• Plan global deployments including OS updates and security patches.
• Provide reporting and KPI tracking for endpoints.
