Job summary

SitusAMC seeks an experienced Endpoint Management professional to lead global deployment and support of hardware and software across end users. You will manage imaging, policies, software packaging, and vendor relationships to ensure reliable endpoint operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with IT and business units, driving incident resolution, and reporting KPIs to leadership. A strong background in AD, O365, and Windows environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of industry/relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role.
• 6 years of Endpoint Management or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and A+ are a plus; Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational stability of applications and meet business needs.
• Build relationships with user groups and coordinate across departments.
• Analyze issues, provide direction, and allocate resources as needed.
• Market to and train user communities on endpoint services.
