Responsibilities

• Become proficient with regulations, policies, and procedures for CITC programs and services.
• Establish rapport and develop a positive working relationship with participants and partners.
• Screen, assess and provide referrals to meet participant needs.
• Gather required documentation for income, resources, expenses, and identification.
• Conduct interviews and determine participant eligibility within established timeframes.
• Ensure timely communication of eligibility statuses to participants and staff.
• Maintain an active participant caseload and document all pertinent information.
• Assist with training and development of eligibility processing procedures.
