Job summary

JLL is seeking an Electrical Trade Team Leader for the 3rd shift at our Orion, MI location. You will lead the electrical maintenance team across large-scale facilities, guiding troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination of work assignments to ensure safe, reliable operation of power and control systems.

The role emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and clear communication with maintenance supervisors and facility management, with daily CMMS documentation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent.
• 2 years of electrical trade schooling or equivalent training.
• 3–5 years of electrical maintenance in industrial settings; read blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance team activities and allocate resources.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/instrumentation systems in large facilities.
• Plan installation, testing, and repair of distribution systems and equipment.
• Diagnose wiring issues using blueprints and schematics.
• Act as technical contact for supervisors and facility management.
• Mentor electricians and document work in CMMS with accurate records.
