Job summary

JLL is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to ensure safe, efficient operation of electrical and mechanical systems across a 2nd shift at client facilities. You will troubleshoot, service HVAC, refrigeration, and complex electrical equipment to keep critical systems running reliably.

The role requires reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints, with a focus on preventative maintenance and safety. A Michigan Journeyman license is required, with on‑site work across multiple sites in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of trades schooling in electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• Active Michigan State Electrical Journeyman License (or higher).
• Minimum 2 years of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience in commercial/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical controls, switching systems, motor controls, and wiring.
• Run conduit and troubleshoot electrical systems to diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, and related equipment for reliability.
