Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Electrical Trade Team Leader to oversee electrical maintenance across large manufacturing facilities. This hands-on leadership role combines technical troubleshooting with team coordination to ensure reliable operation of electrical systems.

You will mentor electricians, plan preventive maintenance, read blueprints, and coordinate with supervisors and facility management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or state equivalent required.
Two years of electrical trade schooling or equivalent training/apprenticeship.
Minimum 3–5 years of electrical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical/instrumentation/control systems in industrial facilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings.
Ability to coordinate work activities and communicate with team members and management.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and local electrical codes.
Physically able to operate tools and work in confined spaces.
Available for call-in work 24 hours and overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance team activities and allocations.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Plan and execute installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and distribution.
Diagnose wiring issues and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
Serve as technical contact for supervisors and facility management; report progress and needs.
Mentor electricians on procedures, safety, and troubleshooting.
Document work in CMMS with hours and completion details.
