Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an Electrical Trade Team Leader for 1st shift at our Orion, MI site. You will lead electrical maintenance across large manufacturing facilities, combining hands-on troubleshooting with team coordination to ensure reliable power distribution and equipment operation.

You will mentor electricians, plan assignments, and communicate progress to supervisors and facility management, while maintaining documentation in the CMMS and complying with safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent required.
• Two years of electrical trade schooling or equivalent training/apprenticeship.
• 3–5 years of electrical maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings.
• Coordinate work activities and communicate with team and management.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance team activities and assignments.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/instrumentation systems in large facilities.
• Plan and execute installation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment and power distribution systems.
• Diagnose faulty wiring and read blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
• Serve as technical point of contact for supervision and management.
• Mentor electricians and document work in CMMS with deadlines.
