Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an Electrical General Foreman to lead electrical teams on solar self-perform EPC projects. The role focuses on safety, quality, and operational excellence across industrial sites and fabrication shops. Willingness to relocate to project sites nationwide is required.

The position emphasizes mentorship of Foremen and Field Engineers, along with strong reading of prints and contract documents to uphold project standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading electrical teams on solar self‑perform EPC projects.
• 5+ years of construction experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all Foremen and craft labor on‑site to ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
• Schedule and manage equipment, materials, and tools to maximize efficiency.
• Implement standardized Work Instructions and support process improvement.
• Act as a technical consultant for electrical systems and high‑voltage installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Trade Superintendent on staffing, planning, and project updates.
• Mentor Field Engineers and Foremen on quality, safety, and scope of work.
• Maintain crew and equipment matrixes and complete daily reports and quality audits.
• Lead discipline work activities in the absence of the Trade Superintendent.
