Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in the United States is seeking a Superintendent with utility-scale solar pile installation experience to lead on-site crews, ensure safety, quality, and cost control across projects.

You will supervise General Foremen and Field Engineers, plan labor, materials, and subcontractors, coordinate with the Site Manager and owners, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and performance. Relocation to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Utility-scale solar pile installation experience.
• Experience supervising pile installation crews.
• GPS/Trimble experience is required.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with survey and QA/QC teams.
• Relocation to project site is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and sets direction for all General Foremen, Field Engineers and Foremen on-site to ensure best use of all company resources, and adherence to all company policies and state and federal regulations.
• Provides formal coaching feedback to General Foremen, Field Engineers and Foremen as well as regular informal feedback.
• Schedule’s equipment, materials, tools, and subcontractors to effectively utilize all resources and to maximize production and minimize costs after becoming familiar with scope of work and site conditions.
• Will collaborate with other projects to appropriately utilize and share resources.
• Trains and implements standardized Work Plans and Work Methods.
