Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field execution, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on large-scale projects. You will coordinate with direct-hire supervision, subcontractors, and field engineering to drive productivity and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include developing look-ahead schedules, managing resources, and enforcing company standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pre-employment requirements may include background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead foreman and subcontractor planning meetings.
• Develop and monitor look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain site safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate field execution and ensure alignment with CPM schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and change management.
