Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for Battery Storage projects to lead field teams, monitor CPM schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site. This role involves coordinating craft and subcontractor activities, managing look-ahead planning, and driving productivity across the BESS scope.

The position requires 5+ years of field leadership, OSHA-10 certification, and a valid driver's license, with an emphasis on safety and on-time delivery in a demanding construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Track, verify, and report Battery Storage (BESS) electrical construction activities against the CPM schedule.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work plans for craft/subcontractors with other discipline Superintendents and the Construction Manager.
• Identify and resolve issues related to drawings, schedule, quality, safety, and productivity.
