The role emphasizes craft productivity, schedule adherence, and applying BV standards across assigned work areas, with opportunities to mentor foremen and coordinate look-ahead planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain safety, quality, and performance standards on site.
• Lead foremen and subcontractors in daily field execution and planning.
• Develop and monitor look-ahead schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate with craft teams, subcontractors, and field engineering to resolve issues.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available to support work.
• Maintain daily logs and project records for documentation.
