Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Lead Mechanical Superintendent to guide mechanical field execution on combined cycle and simple cycle power generation projects. You will lead direct-hire craft, subcontractors, foremen, field engineers, and discipline superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant mechanical work from planning through turnover.

You will drive productivity, schedule performance, quality, and cost control, coordinating with civil, electrical, I&C, startup and commissioning

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience leading mechanical installation scopes and coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical field execution for power generation projects, ensuring safe, high-quality installation.
• Direct and mentor mechanical craft, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, I&C, startup, commissioning and project management teams.
