Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for heavy industrial, midstream and power generation projects.

This role leads complex electrical construction initiatives with heavy emphasis on safety, schedule, and budget, across multiple facilities nationwide. The ideal candidate has 4–7+ years in industrial electrical project management, hands-on coordination with engineering, procurement and field teams, and proficiency with Primavera P6/Unifier.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in industrial electrical, Midstream, compressor stations, power generation, or heavy industrial projects.
• Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6, Unifier) and estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases.
• Manage industrial electrical, inside wiring, and energy infrastructure scopes.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field operations for successful execution.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Oversee field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
