Job summary

Rising Edge Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical EPC construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.

You will coordinate project teams, manage client relations, prepare progress reports, and drive continuous improvement. A 3–5 year track record managing medium to large projects and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Business or related field are required; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience managing medium to large full cycle construction projects.
• Experience with electric utility clients is an asset.
• Experience executing EPC projects is preferred.
• PMP designation is considered an asset.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; ability to manage a diverse team in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, HardDollar and ViewPoint Construction Software preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and delivery to meet scope and quality.
• Coordinate project team, schedule, and resources to hit milestones.
• Manage changes and communicate with client and stakeholders.
• Prepare routine progress reports for senior management.
• Oversee safety, quality plans, and project documentation.
• Develop business development opportunities with existing clients.
