This executive role guides strategy, client relationships, project outcomes, and team development.

The successful candidate will mentor senior staff, drive profitability, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 15–25+ years of electrical construction leadership experience.
• Proven success managing large commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects.
• Executive presence with strong client-facing abilities.
• Deep knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, design-build environments, commissioning, and critical facility requirements.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, margins, risk analysis, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of major electrical projects from $20M to $150M+.
• Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned to goals.
• Forecast revenue, workforce needs, and operational priorities with leadership.
• Improve project controls, processes, and delivery standards across teams.
• Mentor Project Managers and senior staff.
• Lead executive meetings, contract negotiations, and high-level reviews.
• Ensure profitability, safety, and client satisfaction.
