Job summary

Rising Edge Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate with Project Managers on mid-to-large construction initiatives across North America.

You will help develop execution plans, monitor milestones, manage changes, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting to clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a relevant undergraduate degree, and proficiency with MS Project and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field is required.
• PMP designation or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience managing medium to large full cycle construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; capable of leading a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and accomplish project tasks with assigned Project Manager(s).
• Develop and execute project plans, including risk and milestone management.
• Administer changes with clients and project teams per procedures.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and safety/quality plans.
• Monitor expenditures, manage budgets, and forecast costs with PMs.
• Coordinate procurement and staffing for timely project delivery.
