Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee mission-critical electrical construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and delivering high-stakes projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical construction PM experience, with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration, and a proven ability to coordinate complex teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Mission-critical, data center, or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects.
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability.
• Build strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
