Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial projects in Price, Utah. You will supervise Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers, ensure quality, mentor and train your team, and coordinate with supervision.

You will read blueprints, specification documents, lay out work, manage material lists, and ensure NEC compliance. This role requires 7–10 years of experience, leadership ability, and willingness to work overtime to meet production and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading a small crew (roughly five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman).
• Thorough understanding of a small, assigned scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Assist in developing an effective manpower schedule for the team.
• Develop material lists from layouts, area prints, and job site demands.
• Helps achieve production and budget goals by communicating needs to the team.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install electrical conduit and devices.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
