Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew on commercial/industrial electrical construction projects. You will lead Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers, mentor the team, review blueprints, and ensure work aligns with project specs and NEC guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, schedule development, and ability to read electrical drawings, collaborate with supervision, and maintain high quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with capability to coach teams of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Reads and understands project specs, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work is to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedule for the team.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Help meet production and budget goals and communicate needs to the team.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local guidelines.
• Read project docs and lay out work from electrical drawings.
