Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead and mentor a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring high-quality work while coordinating material lists and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and adherence to NEC standards. The Foreman will work with supervision to develop manpower plans, manage budget-related objectives, and ensure safety and compliance across

Qualifications

7–10 years of electrical construction experience.
Able to lead a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeymen.
Strong knowledge of NEC guidelines and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
Work alongside their crew and ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
Assist in the development of an effective manpower schedule for their team.
Develop material lists from layouts, area prints, and job site demands and communicate lists to supervision.
Help achieve production and budget goals by understanding what needs to be done and communicating that to the team.
Ensure all work by the crew complies with local and NEC guidelines.
Independently measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit.
Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, panel boards, and conductors.
