Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on electrical construction projects in commercial/industrial settings. This role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and effective coordination across trades to maintain safety and quality.

The Foreman will mentor Journeymen and Apprentices, manage manpower and material lists, and ensure adherence to NEC and project specifications while meeting production and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to grow into supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract docs.
• Effective communication with other trades and supervision.
• Experience with construction schedules and field coordination.
• Familiarity with BlueBeam, Navisworks or similar planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Coordinate with crew to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job demands, relay to supervision.
• Help achieve production and budget goals and communicate needs to team.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and NEC.
