Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, ensuring safe, high-quality work while coordinating material lists and schedules.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Read and interpret project specs, blueprints and schematics.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
• Understand budgets and contribute to production goals.
• Knowledge of NEC guidelines and safety best practices.
• Familiarity with BlueBeam/Navisworks a plus and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work with crew to ensure high-quality work meeting standards.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Assist in achieving production and budget goals by coordinating tasks.
• Ensure all crew work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit and devices.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics; lay out work from drawings.
