Job summary

Watson Electrical in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Electrical Foreman II to lead and manage electrical installations for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will oversee a crew of up to 10 workers, coordinate materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of foreman experience in electrical construction, and a valid driver's license; Journeyman license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an electrical foreman in commercial construction
• Journeyman license preferred but not required
• Valid state driver’s license
• Knowledge of NEC standards and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead new or modified installations.
• Manage and coordinate a crew of up to 10 workers.
• Review blueprints and job orders; ensure compliance with codes.
• Ensure materials/tools are staged and available.
• Complete required safety and project documentation.
