Watson Electrical Construction Company seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate job-site activities across commercial, industrial, and residential projects in Wilson, NC. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely project completion while ensuring compliance with NEC and company policies.

Responsibilities include planning installations, supervising crews, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring proper material staging and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Hiring Requirements: Resume, References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid State Driver’s License.
• Journeyman License preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid hazardous wiring.
• Prepare sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follow diagrams or blueprints.
• Observe functions of installed equipment to determine hazards and need for adjustments or replacement.
• Repair faulty equipment or systems.
• Assist workers with problems and train new workers.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and assign duties.
• Monitor the work and direct the crew.
• Complete required paperwork (time sheets, safety reports, accident reports).
• Requisition and inspect materials.
• Schedule work per pace of the job and other trades.
