Job summary

Watson Electrical Construction Co. is seeking an Electrical Foreman to manage field crews and oversee installations, alterations, and repairs in commercial, industrial and residential projects.

You will supervise job sites, plan layouts, coordinate materials, and ensure work complies with NEC and company standards. The role requires 3–5 years foreman experience (1–2 years acceptable), a valid driver's license, and preferred Journeyman license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years foreman experience preferred; 1–2 years acceptable.
• Must have valid driver's license; Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste and ensure code compliance.
• Lead and coordinate a crew; supervise materials and workflow on site.
• Complete required paperwork and safety reports.
• Monitor safety and enforce company policies.
• Interpret drawings and blueprints; direct execution.
