Job summary

Watson Electrical Construction Co is seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee electrical installations across commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will lead a crew, coordinate materials, interpret blueprints, and ensure compliance with NEC and company policies.

Responsibilities include planning, safety oversight, on-site leadership, and timely completion of work orders. Applicants should have 3–5 years as a foreman and a valid driver’s license where required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED with Watson training.
• 3–5 years foreman experience in electrical field.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• Current driver’s license if required by job conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a crew on job sites, plan installations.
• Prepare materials, tools, and information for work ahead of time.
• Plan installations to minimize waste and meet codes.
• Observe and adjust equipment operation and safety.
• Complete required paperwork and scheduling with other trades.
