Job summary

Watson Electrical Construction Co. LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and coordinate a field crew on electrical installations, alterations and repairs across commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

You will plan layouts, supervise work, review blueprints, enforce safety rules, and ensure timely completion within NEC standards. The role requires hands-on experience, the ability to read drawings, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Resume, references, background check, drug screen testing required.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Prepare sketches or follow diagrams to install wiring as required.
• Observe equipment to determine hazards and need for adjustments.
• Repair faulty equipment or systems.
• Supervise and direct the crew; ensure materials and tools are staged on site.
• Complete required paperwork (time sheets, safety reports, accident reports).
• Schedule work per job pace and coordinate with other trades.
• Enforce safety policies and company procedures.
