Watson Electrical Construction in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman II to lead field crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will oversee installation, wiring layouts, safety compliance, and coordination with supervisors to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Responsibilities include planning work, guiding up to 10 electricians, reviewing blueprints, ensuring quality, and performing site paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent Watson training.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• Current state driver’s license may be required by job conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan new or modified installations to minimize material waste and ensure code compliance.
• Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to install wiring and equipment.
• Observe equipment functions to determine hazards and adjustments.
• Repair faulty equipment or systems.
• Supervise up to 10 personnel and coordinate crews on site.
• Complete required paperwork (time sheets, safety reports, etc.).
• Requisition and inspect materials and ensure tools are available.
